Innovance provided necessary expertise from conceptualization to overall launch for the leading conglomerate by providing a unique all-in-one lifestyle application covering all daily consumer needs with a mobile first approach. At this challenging project, all core & complimentary features were fully digitized to provide a unique experience for over 5 thousand users drawing in countless merchants for a self-managed coalition loyalty program. This unique lifestyle application also included largest pension fund holders enabling direct investment and cross-sell opportunities by the group companies. This lifestyle application included faster checkout experience at various shops via API Gateway supplied by Innovance unlocking the potential of all embedded finance offerings. The Innovance relying on the latest financial technologies & architecture provided a state-of-the-art digitized mobile checkout experience ranging from simple payments.
Innovance provided the expertise & guidance to simplify complex flows working with various group companies addressing different use cases. Once the necessary user experience (UX) study was conducted Innovance designed and developed the revolutionary new user interface (UI), the digitization was achieved throughout the life cycle of the user ranging from paperless digital new customer onboarding to check-out with fully embedded finance functionalities.
A full range of embedded finance was achieved ranging from direct integration with a current bank account, contactless payments & instant credit issuance, and seamless integration with funds.
Largest pension holder group of the country was upgraded with an investment application with segmented, targeted, and personalized investment opportunities.
For mobile applications, a modern UI was implemented using React Native technology relying on a single code base for iOS and Android phones. Introducing shorter lead times over design, development, testing & QA.
On this project Innovance provided overall project leadership and provided a unique API gateway allowing additional scalability as embedded finance options will grow in the future.
